CurrentDevelops the capabilities of the University's leader and manager workforce.• Leads a team of learning and development professionals.• Manages the workforce development of the leadership and management population including learning needs analysis, design, commissioning of external provision, delivery and evaluation.• Delivers a pipeline of leadership talent through apprenticeships and graduate management trainee scheme.• Expertise in implementing organisation-wide large-scale development programmes.• Leads the research, design and implementation of a bespoke Leadership Framework.• Leads the Coaching Culture Strategy; strategy development and implementation. Expertise in programmes and interventions to develop coaching skills and behaviours.• Delivers evaluation of leadership and management development interventions to Kirkpatrick level 4 using learner feedback, organisational workforce data and employee engagement benchmark data.• Experienced in the procurement of learning and development programmes, executive coaching, digital learning and learning resources. Manages internal and external stakeholder and supplier relationships.• Advises senior leaders and stakeholders on learning and development intervention and strategy.• Coaches senior leaders.
