Team Leader I Marketing Automation Specialist
CurrentIn my dual role, I am responsible for leading a team of Marketing Automation Specialists as well as helping our customers with Marketing Automation challenges directly. My responsibilities include: - Resourcing - Ensuring smooth delivery and team coordination across projects - Day-to-day running of the team - removing obstacles, resolving issues - Providing support and ensuring high morale of the team - Growth and career planning - Upskilling, training and onboarding new team members - Configuration of data management processes in MAPs (Eloqua, Marketo) - Best practice consulting on automation in marketing campaigns, data processing and lead scoring - End-to-end campaign delivery - setup of marketing assets (emails, landing pages) and journey logic, audience selection, data uploads, QA process and campaign reporting - Day-to-day System maintenance and troubleshooting - Training and onboarding for MAP users At Ivenium, we are focused on helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives.
