Reporting directly to the HRM Italy, I am in charge of payroll, personneladministration and HR topics for all employees in Italy (250 employees)distributed around 3 legal entities.Standard activities:- Collect, prepare, and transmit data to external payroll provider for monthly payroll processing and provide timely and effective support on payslip’s questions.- Prepare all documents and paperwork for new hires, terminations, promotions, contract changes, ensuring that all legal requirements are met.- Advice to local and international Managers on Payroll and HR administrative related issues, Cost of Work, CCNL compliance).- Management of disciplinary issues (regulatory advices, letters).- Production of regular reports and standard or ad hoc analyzes of personnel costs; analyze the discrepancies between actuals vs. budget / forecast, providing explanations to the main stakeholders.Special Projects and goals:- Implementation of the new attendance system (presenzeweb, 2016)- Implementation of a new system of EE’s archive (2016)- Development of a valid model of staff cost structure planning (2017)- Creation of the Employee Handbook for Italy (2018)- Payroll centralization project - transition from Local to European (2019)- Covid 19 first contingency plan (2020)- Lay-off plan (2020)Occasional activities: recruiting, health and safety, contingent workers, financed training and compliance L. 68/99 – protected categories.

Full management of the payroll process for several customers, with different Collective Labour agreements, from the payslips to the calculation of social security contributions and taxes. In addition: procedures related to the employment relationship, from the hiring tothe separation. Procedures with public and private insitutes (Income Revenue Authority, Employment Center, INAIL, INPS, supplementary pension funds). Obligations of the withholding agent (CU, 770). Direct contact with customers and with their personnel departments. Reports on accruals, costs of personnel and budget (with Excel). Excellent Knowledge of the payroll system software Zucchetti.
