I help guide seller and buyers through the home buying and selling process, prepare settlement statements, schedule closings, order payoffs, prepare closing packages to be shipped back to lender, perform basic title searches and update title work before closings, clear curative issues on title work, prepare cancellations, deeds, mortgages and other necessary documents, write title policies, balance files, cut checks, organize and plan marketing events, verify buyers and sellers information, read contracts and make sure they are upheld during the closing process. I am also responsible for marketing to real estate agents and lenders. I prepared food for open houses and set up all marketing materials at open houses.
