This role involves me working in Craigs Investment Partners head office as the Client Services Trading Day Administrator. This role includes but is not limited too: • Making sure our platform is showing the correct Asset Prices and Exchange Rates. • Completing Foreign exchange accurately - this includes sending off files, ensuring we receive accurate rates and keying these rates accurately. • Sending off all client purchases and redemptions to appropriate Registry’s and Dealers.• Ensuring all purchases and redemptions are completed. This includes entering manual contract notes and liaising with third parties. • Assisting our Operations team with any queries. • Entering clients purchase request accurately.

This role involved me working in Craigs Investment Partners head office as the START New Applications Assistant. This role includes but is not limited too: • Creation and maintenance of START client accounts.• Inputting contributions and changing clients investment direction upon requests. • Maintain the New Applications and Returned Application registers. • Preparing, compilation and despatch of KiwiSaver members who have reached the age of entitlement.• Responding to client and advisers queries via email , letter or telephone. • Preparing, compilation, and despatch of START welcome letters. Includes letters of client changes.

This role involves me working apart of the administration team in a frontline position, working in both customer service and administration. This role involves but is not limited to: • Customer service including cash handling• Supporting the Shift Supervisor in day to day tasks and when on leave.• Key holder, which includes operating the alarm• Accurate use of the Patient Management System – Capable and Cliniko• Working with the Physiotherapists, Chiropractor's, ACC and other third parties by submitting invoices and obtaining patient details.
