Special Education ConsultLine ConsultLine is an information help line for parents and advocates of children with disabilities who have questions or concerns about the education of a school-aged child. ConsultLine specialists answer questions and provide information about special education, gifted education, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Designs and presents educational sessions for caregivers of students with disabilities to increase their knowledge of the special education process. Evaluates the effectiveness of the Parent Resource Center's outreach programs, communications and community events and gathers feedback to support the development of resources and activities based on strengths and areas of growth.
