Managed the constituent database and the call center at SAM. Assisted in planning, executing, and working on member events and fundraisers. Achievements: Managed the call center during the exhibition Yayoi Kusama, which is one of the Museum’s most successful exhibitions. This exhibition required me to do the following: • Trained additional temporary staff of 4 in the call center • Manage tickets for high-level donors• Created communications for the increase in membership fees and ticketing fees• Managed an additional 20,000 membership accounts; resulting in a 59% increase of active members.
