Visual Manager/ Supervisor
Current Execute daily operations of managing sales floor, being audit compliant andcommunicating with corporate. Organize new merchandise into the sales floor and update all price changesand promotions. Examines merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed andthat it functions as advertised. Trained and manage a staff of twelve on clientele, communicating withcustomers and educating them on the product to achieve improvement inproductivity. Research and provide information on monthly events and conventions forcorporate buyers in planning for inventory and sales goals. Estimate consumer demand and determined the amount of merchandiseneeded. Inventoried stock and reordered when inventory dropped to a specified level. Executed work activities and created visual presentations of merchandise ofthe sales floor. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales and in performing servicesfor customers. Respond to written and telephone requests for product to be purchased. Monitor sale activities to ensure that customers received satisfactory serviceand quality goods.
