1. Led and assisted in implementation of 24 public consultation processes in the cities of Wroclaw and Poznan, as well as the counties of Lower Silesia. The topics of consultations included:- planning and arranging of urban greenery (the consultations on: the procedure for establishing community gardens, introducing greenery in the street space, as well as planning the space of city parks and other green areas),- arrangement of urban courtyards and other city spaces,- sustainable mobility, planning traffic on streets and bridges,- strategic documents related to: environmental protection, climate change adaptation, improving cityscape, urban regeneration area, sustainable urban and rural planning.2. Trained municipalities on the implementation of public consultations, supported them in the implementation of consultations.3. Coordinated and led activities in the projects on integration of migrants and local community, education of migrants about daily life in Poland, as well as education of students about the multicultural history of the city.4. Co-wrote the Curriculum within the project NAMED - "Narratives of Working Migration as Tools for the Assessment of Education Demands". 5. Coordinated educational projects concerning ecology in Lower Silesia’s schools and Center for Ecological Education (initiative about water saving, as well as workshops on European Green Deal). Conducted educational activities as part of these projects.6. Within the framework of the Study Tours to Poland program: coordinated a study tour of Eastern European students to Wroclaw, a special online edition, and a special edition of the project to financially support initiatives by Ukrainian graduates of the Program (students and professionals) to help civilians in Ukraine and refugees from Ukraine in Poland.7. Conducted interviews with 33 non-profit organisations (in the frame of the Strategy of cooperation between Wroclaw's non-governmental organisations and the municipality).

Coordination of work aimed at diagnosing the problems and potentials of the city regeneration area: substantive supervision of the mapping of sites in the neighbourhoods and collection of information about current and planned activities from the housing estate leaders.

1. Mentored long-term European Voluntary Service (EVS) volunteers: - facilitated the volunteers' learning process, - helped them to acculturate in Poland and solve conflict situations,- introduced them to the socio-cultural scene of Wroclaw, - assisted and supported volunteers with special needs and disabilities in everyday life in Poland. 2. Coordinated long-term EVS volunteers: - wrote applications for accreditation (and Quality Label), grant proposals as well as project reports, - prepared hosting organizations, recruited volunteers and coordinated their work throughout the project, - performed administrative work, - organized extra-curricular activities, events, workshops and trainings, - facilitated contact with hosting organizations, etc.3. Coordinated trainings and conducted cycle of educational workshops for hosting organizations and volunteers, created a final publication from the project based on conducted workshops as well as material from volunteers and organizations.

Foundation for Social Integration Prom:- Mentored long-term European Voluntary Service (EVS) volunteers (facilitated the volunteers' learning process, helped them to acculturate in Poland and solve conflict situations, introduced them to the socio-cultural scene of Wroclaw),- Wrote application forms for accreditation for an EVS hosting organisations, prepared organisations for EVS accreditation,- Recruited long-term EVS volunteers.2. Coach.pl:- Translated 17 surveys about successful staff management from Russian to Polish,- Summarized results of over 100 surveys about successful staff management.3. Unesco Initiatives Centre:- Coordinated the publication about Jelenia Góra ("The 5 Senses Guide to Jelenia Góra and its surroundings"): wrote texts, took, selected and edited photographs (in the frame of "PolaCzek" project);- Lead intercultural workshops and workshops for publication at schools. Contact with pupils (in the frame of "PolaCzek" project),- Prepared the international youth exchange, lead polish group, organized workshops about gender equality (in the frame of "Europe is our Pride" project).4. CJ Nativex:- Designed and created promotional materials for FRIS workshops,- Wrote workshops offers e.g. FRIS workshops, antidiscrimination-, self-development- , good communication-, team-building- workshops.

- Prepared public events and artist residencies,- Communicated with artists while supporting public relations, - Developed new strategies of outreach and audience development,- Assisted with fundraising and research for upcoming projects,- Assisted in exhibit production and daily operation of the gallery and bookshop.

Visual Arts Department- Prepared official documents for upcoming projects,- Worked on promotional materials,- Acted as guide for Wroclaw Contemporary Art Museum during the exhibition “The Germans Did Not Come” (19.12.2014-23.02.2015),- Helped organize cultural events.

- Inventoried, arranged and made cards for the museum catalog Mona, - Arranged and gave the inventory numbers to 200 watercolors of German artists,- Described Janusz Eysmont's drawings.
