About Anna Cwynar
Anna has been working for the Foundation for European Studies (FEPS) since 2017, where she is mainly responsible for projects with Eastern Europe and the implementation of public consultation processes. Until September 2019 she was the coordinator of European Volunteer Service (EVS) and the coordinator of training for volunteers, EVS hosting and sending organisations in the Foundation of Social Integration PROM. Previously she was also the mentor of EVS volunteers at the PROM Foundation. Within the framework of cooperation with Wroclaw-based NGOs (Unesco Initiatives Center, Angelus Silesius House) she implemented international projects and socio-educational initiatives. In 2013/2014 Anna was a long-term EVS volunteer in Georgian NGO, in 2016 - an assistant curator at Portuguese non-profit art center. Anna graduated from cultural studies and art history. During her studies she was on scholarship programs in the Netherlands and U.S.A. She communicates fluently in Polish, English and Russian.

1. Led and assisted in implementation of 24 public consultation processes in the cities of Wroclaw and Poznan, as well as the counties of Lower Silesia. The topics of consultations included:- planning and arranging of urban greenery (the consultations on: the procedure for establishing community gardens, introducing greenery in the street space, as well as planning the space of city parks and other green areas),- arrangement of urban courtyards and other city spaces,- sustainable mobility, planning traffic on streets and bridges,- strategic documents related to: environmental protection, climate change adaptation, improving cityscape, urban regeneration area, sustainable urban and rural planning.2. Trained municipalities on the implementation of public consultations, supported them in the implementation of consultations.3. Coordinated and led activities in the projects on integration of migrants and local community, education of migrants about daily life in Poland, as well as education of students about the multicultural history of the city.4. Co-wrote the Curriculum within the project NAMED - "Narratives of Working Migration as Tools for the Assessment of Education Demands". 5. Coordinated educational projects concerning ecology in Lower Silesia’s schools and Center for Ecological Education (initiative about water saving, as well as workshops on European Green Deal). Conducted educational activities as part of these projects.6. Within the framework of the Study Tours to Poland program: coordinated a study tour of Eastern European students to Wroclaw, a special online edition, and a special edition of the project to financially support initiatives by Ukrainian graduates of the Program (students and professionals) to help civilians in Ukraine and refugees from Ukraine in Poland.7. Conducted interviews with 33 non-profit organisations (in the frame of the Strategy of cooperation between Wroclaw's non-governmental organisations and the municipality).
