The main tasks and responsibilities as HR Generalist in Netrivals are: - Handling full cycle recruitment processes across all the departments.- Responsible for the full labor cycle including; new hires, onboarding trainings, compensation and benefits, employee termination process, maternity/paternity/illness leave, etc.- Attend queries from employees regarding internal processes, policies and tools.- Help employees on enquiries about their payslips, contracts, absences, etc.- Handling Internal HR communication and newsletter. - Manage external providers and workflow. - Partecipate in the organization of team building activities and other company activities.- Maintaining employee files, organizational charts, and online company directory.- Helping with payslips revisal. - Some other administrative tasks related with office management.
