● Establish company operations processes such as purchasing, payment, delivery, and account settlement● Build and develop relationships with suppliers and logistic partners● Build and optimize Cushee fulfillment process, including purchase,confirmation, delivery and return● Prevent operational risks through policy and contract creation.● Provide development team feedback on our mobile applications, internalmanagement system● Be in charge of commission payments with resellers and account settlementwith suppliers● Handle stakeholders’ complaints● Ensure business compliance● Whenever possible, support Chief People Officer in creating a virtual trainingcenter for resellers.

-Develop new products and promote to Buyers to meet sales target and quotation.-Negotiate with Vendors for competitive price, payment term and suitable ETD delivery.-Follow up samples status on weekly progress to ensure samples match with required specifications and quality standard.-Check offer / order details including style number, color, quality, quantity, delivery and price that have been confirmed by Buyers for production process and up date Allegro system.-Communicate order and new sample details and requirement to Vendor and all parties concerned.-Solve production problems and work with Vendors for the issues.-Source new Vendors for identify products.-Coordinate with internal departments such as Technical, QA, Shipping document, Finance and Administration to ensure smooth workflow for order follow-up.-Coordinate Buyer’s visits.-Visit and built Vendors for special products and follow up factory evaluation.

-Build and develop potential customers to get sales target.-Negotiate to get competitive price for container warehouses.-Follow up orders on weekly progress to ensure they match with shipment schedule.-Check and prepare Import - Export documents for containers delivering.-Solve containers delivering problems and work with customers for the issues.-Coordinate with related departments and main office at Hai Phong for Sales target, Shipping document, Finance and Administration to ensure smooth workflow for shipments follow-up.-Coordinate Customer’s visits.

-Develop and built factories for special products and follow up factory evaluation.-Manage QCs and co-ordinate with Suppliers to ensure that the product meets client’s requests. -Source new suppliers to get suitable product and reasonable price. -Negotiate with suppliers for the best price and the shipment date.-Work with Factories and other related departments to provide all necessary information / documentation of products to clients.-Follow up orders from developing samples until shipment delivering.-Issue Contracts and Purchase orders.-Follow up new samples process, quality standards, production process and packaging.-Co-operate with Logistic Department to deliver products as plan. -Follow up shipping schedule and inspection schedule. -Work with factory to ensure the shipment date on time.-Solve complaints or shipment delay between clients and suppliers.-Update shipment schedule and send weekly report to Chief Representative.
