Build a solid Compensation Strategy. Advise for management of Asia for business growth with the people strategy within 5 years plan or be partner with local management team for changes and execution the project with go live. Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs by identify the needs based on the plan strategy for growth, development. Be leader for brainstorming that is related to workforce and organization projects changes and provide a solid plan for improvement of COE. Be a team leader to design Workday system for Asian countries and operate it for tracking the individual data from hiring, development, internal promotion or transfer cross countries to build talent pool, compensation, annual appraisal or termination. Supervise and checking the monthly payroll by accounts of expenses based on the details such as attendance, leaves, addition benefits of overtime or some deductions before settlement to the individuals.
