I worked with a team of teachers from Reception to Year 6 to provide cover whilst they planned and prepared their lessons and assessed the children. I supported children who were below their expected levels for their year or children with additional learning needs to access the curriculum and succeed. Additionally, I worked with parents, educational professionals and colleagues to provide the best out comes for the children.

Responsible for the efficient delivery of Facilities & Estates (F&E) services in 29 sites across Wales with budget responsibility of £5.5 million. Implemented and evaluated 'change'. Developed a generic working model and negotiated the independent status of Environment Agency Wales F&E department, prior to the Welsh Governments decision to create a new environmental body for Wales. Natural Resources Wales.

Introduced a generic working practice for the planning support staff of 8, to ensure consistent service and by providing a timely and efficient service. Responsible for the introduction of a new planning computer system and training program for staff.

Produced and won tenders (written & presentational) on behalf of Charterhouse. Provided management support to clients in both private & public sectors.

Managed the final stage of the 'Design & Build' project of NPSA's new HQ. Co-ordinated the seamless migration of staff and business to a self-managed commercial office. Set up a new functional Facilities Management department. Developed operating systems for the department and building a valued team empowered to deliver managed facilities. Developed and implemented a Health & Safety policy and H&S Management System.

Responsible for the efficient delivery of operational services to agreed standards. Developed planning skills with workload forecasting. Managing services and support within £4 million budget and staff of 180 across 29 sites. Developed service contracts with external suppliers including; Telecommunications, Retail Outlets and Income Generation.
