In this role, I reported to the National WHS&WC Manager and was responsible for maintaining all group documentation on the company intranet (approx 250 documents). I collated national weekly injury reports in Excel, performed workers compensation administration including keying of new incidents and paying invoices to providers.I also performed relief PA duties and provided customer service when relieving reception on scheduled breaks.

The focus of the role was to perform all administrative duties associated with the Loss Control team. This included organising OH&S training events across Ingham's 40 NSW sites; monthly and quarterly workers' compensation statistic reporting; and maintenance of registers for contractors, OH&S committee, hazard incident reports and company manuals.

In this role, I managed the Sales Manager's diary, co-ordinated events for clients and performed administrative duties for the team.
