Anna has brought an interdisciplinary approach to the Arts in many universities and colleges including CLEAC Bocconi University, Milan, Politecnico, Milan, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, (SAIC) and Harvard Medical School. She worked for many years as editor of the Arts pages of the Domenicale, cultural supplement of the Italian Financial Daily, “Il Sole 24 Ore”. She is author of "Scultori della Speranza", (Einaudi 2012), on the contemporary arts in a globalised world. In 2001 Anna founded the non profit association Connecting Cultures with the mission of forging a wider understanding and sense of responsibility for our common future through education in the Visual and Performing Arts. The association is becoming a Foundation for the Arts and Interdisciplinary Research.In recent years she has curated among others, the exhibitions Fashion as Social Energy (fourteen international artists from Kimsooja to Andrea Zittel, Palazzo Morando 2015, (Expo Milan Projects). In November 2016 she was awarded the Dr. Fritz Redlich Award in Global Mental Health and Human Rights by the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma, Harvard Medical School.
