Partner with ASM to prepare for and implement seasonal/monthly new flow and initiatives,Ensure key programs are protected and presentation is appropriate for the brand, Drive results, provide customer service to Jennie, lead shipment process, utilize the SIR and FMR to make appropriate merchandising moves, execute the tasks for markdowns, signing, marketing, and facilities, maintain pricing and marketing accuracy.

My role is to support the Store Manager by executing business strategies and upholding the customer service vision. I educate 50 + associates on driving sales through store presentation, replenishment, and service standards. I perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, motivate store through positive reinforcement of service standards, and hire and train new associates.
