My role as a Corporate Executive involves being responsible for the on-boarding of new clients and ensuring their first experience with Deliveroo is flawless, building sustainable relationships and trust with corporate clients, and acting as the reference for client escalations. I also assist Corporate Account Managers with specific Finance related queries, creating custom invoices and reports and to identify growth potential amongst new clients by working closely with the Account Executives to ensure these accounts are maximised. I communicate directly with finance and operational managers of various companies directly and send out mass CRM communications.During the COVID-19 crisis, for 8 weeks, I was chosen to help another team who needed more support with the Convenience stores on the platform due to my experience with the systems and on the phones. I called owners to try and convince them to add essential items onto their menus to try and improve their GMV and aid with any questions they had about their accounts, as well as working closely with their account managers.Sadly, I am having to leave the company due to redundancies being made within the company due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Once sales has signed up a restaurant partner, I would own the relationship between partners until they’re live and generating enough revenue in order to be passed on to the Account Management team. This included retrieving onboarding details (menu's, bank details, address'), uploading them to our systems, helping them to get set up, handling any issues they have around launch and providing commercial advice on how to increase order volume.I worked cross-functionally with the Sales, Production and Account Management team to ensure the new restaurants can seamlessly transition into their partnership with Deliveroo.I had constant contact with the restaurants to ensure that they are fully comfortable with the processes and systems so that they can make the most of their new partnership, and answer any questions they had. I acted as the liaison between restaurant and photography team, scheduling shoots and ensuring both parties are satisfied.

I was responsible for staff organisation, managing all areas in the restaurant and ensuring the customer had a premium service while in my care.
