Technical Support Consultant
Current- Areas of Responsibility:
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for 3Shape hardware (TRIOS Intraoral Scanners) and software (Dental Desktop, 3Shape Studios for CAD) through various channels, including online sessions, phone calls.
- Case Management: Manage support cases from start to finish, including logging, prioritization, troubleshooting, escalation when necessary, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle escalations efficiently.
- Customer and Reseller Interaction: Engage daily with end users and resellers, offering guidance, support, and training as needed. Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Feature Requests: Actively gather feedback from customers to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Create detailed feature requests and collaborate with the needed team to ensure customer requests are.
