Oversee entire nonprofit organization’s volunteer program of 40+ individuals. Develop, perfect, and implement systems for volunteer recruitment, orientation, task assignment, scheduling, evaluations, and communication. Facilitate Student Leadership Council. Coordinate meetings, guide students in grant research and application, and explore program-related feedback.

Supervised seven managers and approximately 50 employees. Coordinated hiring, scheduling, writing and administering of performance reviews, and distribution of information regarding new company programs.Oversaw entire store processes ($52M annually) when acting as Leader-On-Duty (manager) two to three times per week. Monitored operations to ensure proper staffing, task completion, guest assistance, and daily quota achievement.Increased YTD credit application to goal from 60% to 75% in four months. Achieved store’s first 100% credit month (Jan 06) since store opening.
