This role is Personal Assistant to the Director of Allco Waterproofing Solutions. The role includes diary management, overseas & domestic travel arrangements, organising sales conferences/presentations, organising client gifts, liaising with clients, meeting with clients by myself and also with the director, minute taking, organising internal & external.

This role was based at reception but included mainly personal assistant work. I was personal assistant to the four Directors and one Managing Director. The role included answering phones, greeting clients & subcontractors, assisting with sub¬contractors needs, tendering, presentations, typing, diary management, travel arrangements, event planning.
