I have over 25 years of experience in property and portfolio management both in NZ and the UK working on both the landlord and tenant sides of the fence. During this time I have developed a broad range of skills working with international corporate clients, high net worth private investors and in house for large freehold and leasehold property owners. I have undertaken a diverse number of roles and projects during my career immersed in all aspects of property and portfolio management from freehold and leasehold property management, transaction management, strategic asset planning, facilities management, property development and due diligence consulting.
