> Responsible for the full recruitment of Beauty specialists for the Superdrug Beauty Studios across the country - including Nail Technicians, Beauty Therapists and Stylists.> Supporting and working alongside the Beauty Operation Managers to bring in the very best skills beauty experts into our exciting brand.> Utilising all resources - including direct sourcing and social media to market our roles.

> Support the regional store team with the recruitment of store management roles and where appropriate consider additional advertising, head hunting, direct searches, social media, networking and job boards> Manage candidates through the Superdrug recruitment cycle > Ensure that the correct recruitment processes are followed and that the Talent Acquisition KPIs of time to fill and cost per hire are met > Direct source for candidates and represent and ‘sell’ the opportunities and brand with passion and conviction > Support with the assessment centres and careers fairs to recruit and build a database of quality candidates

• Manage the HR strategy for my region, ensuring KPIs are achieved, initiatives are implemented and ongoing and processes are followed in line with the business policies.• Working alongside the Regional Manager and Area Management team to support them in all people matters affecting my region.• Responsible for overseeing and advising on day to day ER issues and manage complex cases ensuring company policies are followed in a professional and appropriate manner.• Ensure region is meeting KPI targets in relation to absence, grievances and disciplinaries• Support the regional succession plan and PDR process.• Support and coach Area Managers on performance management within their teams.• Conduct HR training to region, upskilling in wide variety of HR areas, including reward initiatives, motivating their teams, leadership skills and legislation.• Management of HR Adviser, working with them to develop their skills.• Manage change in the business through effective leadership and coaching.

• Responsible for all Retail and Pharmacy management recruitment for Superdrug and Savers, covering East Anglia, South East, South West and London.• Organise and facilitate assessment centres, including the facilitation of psychometric testing and delivering feedback to candidates. • Organise and attend university graduate fairs nationwide for Pre-reg intake.• Work to achieve the Resourcing KPI’s at all times, including Time to Fill, Percentage Management Fill and Cost per Hire.• Partners and supports Area Managers across Superdrug and Savers, focusing on new recruitment, succession planning and future planning.• Monitors Right to Work in the UK, ensuring the region has the required documents for all employees.• Written and facilitated Retail Management Training programme for Superdrug, designed to progress internal candidates.• Written and updated Resourcing documents for the company’s use, including retail job descriptions, assessment centre scripts for internal and external recruitment and new recruitment processes for pharmacy roles.• Managed the integration of a new recruitment back office tool for store teams to use for managing their own recruitment, including writing and delivering the supporting training.• Support in re-writing the new recruitment website.• Ongoing training, support and coaching senior managers in recruitment best practice and getting the right people into the business.
