I am the co-owner and Managing Partner of EPP, an elite performance and recruitment consultancy based in the UK and Australia, but operating globally. As such, I lead our C-suite and Board-level searches, whilst also heading up our advisory and coaching services.Bringing nearly twenty years’ experience in marketing and media, I initially worked for top 10 London advertising agencies, WCRS and M&C Saatchi, before transitioning into headhunting as an executive search consultant and then Partner, placing senior leaders, globally, at Amazon, LEGO, Bacardi and IKEA among others.I have an MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes Business School. My dissertation discussed ‘The Role of Coaching in an Elite Athlete’s Transition from Playing to a Second Career’ which led, in part, to my appointment as a Trustee of charitable foundation, Switch the Play, for whom I am also a Support Associate.As part of my work with EPP, I am a Technical Expert for FIFA, a permanent tutor on both the FA’s Technical Director Course and Focus Sport Education's Foundations of a Sporting Director Course and a guest lecturer for the LMA’s Diploma in Football. I coach individuals on creating their narrative and consult for clients across elite sport on organisational and team design. My passion is reducing human wastage in the form of potential, and I strive to seek excellence wherever it exists.
