Multiformat digital production studio that works in two directions: digital asset production and product design. For digital, we create materials that help brands get noticed online. For products, we work with startups from the idea to scaling phases, doing prototyping, UX/UI, and front-end development.

- Created the course 'Digital Media project management". The course was lectured every spring at the Faculty of Media, Communications and Design, Higher School of Economics, Moscow (Russia). The course was organized and produced by me and I am one of the lecturers among other experts in the Industry. Course and masterclasses provide students with knowledge, approaches and business practices focused on digital media management, design, and development.

- Participated as an exchange professional (Client Services operations) in the international business program organized by the U.S. Department of State and American Councils for International Education.

- Extended and managed development team. Staff administration – 5 to 12 people. Implemented a new KPI-system.- Generated revenue by improving Product and Service line. - Day-to-day project management.
