My primary responsibilities include a range of marketing initiatives: email marketing campaigns, event organization, Google Adwords strategy and Analytics monitoring, as well as Ad buying and acquiring editorial placement for our product. Copywriting is a large part of my role with Aervana, taking charge of all internal marketing copy and managing our internal blog. As a marketing professional, I help ensure all Aervana assets fit within our brand guidelines and that messaging is reflective of our brand story and in-tune with current consumer trends. Influencer marketing is essential to our strategy, and I help locate and and engage influencers consistent with our brand philosophy to support our social media and marketing initiatives. I work closely with media members and social media influencers to spread the word about how Aervana enhances your wine experience. Another important aspect of our marketing outreach, I help build concepts for media and consumer events and execute our event planning strategy. Whether it be B2B trade shows or a National Wine Day celebration party, I ensure all event details are managed and the outcomes align with our marketing goals. Google Analytics, Adwords, Adsense and remarketing through Google and Facebook are all tools in my digital marketing toolkit. At Climb Tacoma - Tacoma's premier all-bouldering gym - I greeted customers at the front-desk to check them in, orient them within the gym and with our safety policies, and answered any questions about bouldering and Washington climbing. Climb Tacoma is truly a community of climbers, and, as a Customer Service Associate, I helped ensure that all of our customer's felt welcomed and excited to climb.

As a Fundraising Associate for the University of Puget Sound Phonathon I contacted alumni and parents of the University of Puget Sound over the phone to solicit donations to the University, mainly contributing to financial aid. I practiced excellent communication skills in order to further connect individuals to the University and to foster good will and continued financial support.

Led 3-5 day wilderness canoeing trips for middle-school-age girls. Facilitated team building and problem solving exercises to encourage confidence and communication.
