AD Tillsammans AB is a company on a mission to lower youth unemployement rates by creating jobs and opportunities to learn and develope experience for those that have the hardest time getting gainful employement. Through our summer programe Tillsammans för[orten] and our staffing agency Tillsammans Bemanning we give youths the possibility to learn what it means to have a job and which responsibilites that come with it. They develope social skills at the work place and for most of them they get their first headline in their professional summary aswell as earning spare money. AD Tillsammans also offers consultants within realtionship management, change development, community and area development and tailoured workshops.

Tillsammans för [Orten] employs 160 youths yearly in a summer program to create a better, nicer and brighter suburbs. Together they will plant flowers, pick up trash, repaint playgrounds, build a beach volley ball court and a lot more.
