- Hires, trains and supervises all service staff alongside fellow ACMs- Maintains high visibility and association with Members and Guests to sustain communication, confidence and positive relationships with the Food and Beverage departments.-Communicates with Clubhouse Manager and Director of Events and Event Coordinator all Member dining experiences to help promote the best possible service- Responsible for assignment and follow-through of duty sheets for each private or Club event including Ala Carte special events- Weekly organization, ordering, and inventory of all beer and liquor products through local distributors.
