I have worked with patients as well as clinical partners both internal and external including 6 months as part of the Transformation Management Team at Hinchingbrooke NHS Trust at the beginning of Circle`s tenure as a Private Manager of services in 2012.• Operations Management and Performance – Extensive clinical expertise and understanding from my experience as a Registered Nurse as well as experiential learning through a variety of diverse operational roles. Robust knowledge of best practice systems playing a key role in previous organisations preparations for CQC, Home Office, Insurer and other regulatory inspections. • Finance and Performance – Strong understanding of the financial aspects of revenue and cost-saving plans , managing budgets, forecasting and business case development and presentation. Attend Major Projects Forum to report on the various schemes that have taken place as well as developing post investment review reports & Capex submissions.
