Directly responsible for MFT’s client invoicing process and providing supporting information for the monthly management information packs (declared revenue and debtors report). Working closely with the client relationship and finance teams:• Producing weekly and monthly invoices by working directly with Senior Relationship Managers (SRM’s). Collating client billing information for four major clients; J.P Morgan, Invesco, Schroders and GAM.• Producing client specific supporting documentation, detailing billing information, relating to Invoices• Liaising with SRM’s to avoid any overdue debtors• Weekly client debtor and declared revenue reports to Senior Management• Daily treasury management of both UK and overseas accounts, including receipting of funds• Liaising directly with the Finance Director for all bank transfers/payments• Monthly cost accruals• Employees expenses, verification of coding with HR, checking receipts, calculating vat and loading onto finance system• Preparing ad hoc Management reports• Annual APV/RPI calculations based on new or existing contracts• Liaising with Business Finance in India• In addition I spent six months assisting within the Project Management Team collating reports from the time recording system• Various Office Manager Duties including fire alarm testing, authorisation of security passes, catering for client meetings, wholesale purchases for vending machines and kitchens, stock checks and ordering beverage supplies.
