Oversaw day-to-day functions of bi-cultural and bilingual non-profit NGO, including accounting/budgeting, strategic planning, hiring, and marketing. Programs ranged from three-day service learning programs to two-month research programs with undergraduate and graduate students. Job responsibilities included program design, facilitation, Spanish-English translation and interpretation, marketing, budgeting, accounting and outreach.

Deliverables produced separately for Master's program included a manual (in Spanish) for homestay families; an institutional theory of change and a project logic model (in Spanish and English); updated curriculum and logistics checklist for J-term programming; creation of service learning itinerary for 3-day program; and various Letters of Intent for grant submissions.
