Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate test results, status updates, and quality metricsto project stakeholders, including management and other team members.11. Quality Assurance Processes Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement andoptimization within the QA process to enhance overall product quality and team efficiency.12. Adaptability and Learning: staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and bestpractices in software testing methodologies and tools.13. Customer Focus: maintaining a customer-centric approach, ensuring that products meet or exceedcustomer expectations in terms of quality and usability
