Key responsibility for establishing program relations with states and affiliates and to help guide them through the process of recruitment, training and implementation of new Connection support groups; collaborates with the states and affiliates in building and expanding the Connection program; tracks the groups developing in her region with responsibility for record keeping and data collection for 10 states; manages all aspects of the training materials used in conjunction with this program.

Provide administrative support for faculty and staff, customer service for students, edit and maintain the COB and Doctorate of Business Administration websites, supervise research assistants, arrange for tutors for MBA students, assist in Hooding Ceremony planning, maintain databases, process grade information, assist in writing reports/records, all support staff duties for the DBA Program.

Received and processed printed music special orders, developed and implemented database and purchase order program, maintained printed music inventory, provided customer service, inside sales.

Coordinated the entire education program for congregation of over 3,000 members.
