As an Advisory Board Member, I have a passion for building a better world for young people. Alongside creating several apprenticeship routes within Broadsword, I regularly share my knowledge and experience of utilising apprenticeships across the events industry.

As a board member of EVCOM, I have been a mentor for the Realise Award since 2022 and a huge advocate of supporting young people entering the events sector.
