Podstawowe obowiązki: redakcja, kierowanie zespołem redakcyjnym, współpraca z grafikami, korektorami, drukarniami, organizowanie spotkań promocyjnych z cyklu „Fragile na żywo”, zarządzanie budżetem, pozyskiwanie środków finansowych, w tym z MKiDN, tworzenie harmonogramów, kosztorysów, umów, rozliczenia z podwykonawcami, opis dokumentów, rekrutacja, opieka nad stażystami. Opis projektu: Kwartalnik „Fragile” (50 numerów) jest ogólnopolskim czasopismem papierowym i elektronicznym o kulturze współczesnej, do 2018 r. znajdowało się na liście czasopism punktowanych MNiSW, kilkakrotnie było dotowane ze środków ministerialnych, zdobyło nagrodę GrandFront w 2014 r.Strona internetowa projektu: www.fragile.net.pl

• editor-in-chief of the cultural quarterly "Fragile": buiding and managing the editorial team, recruiting of trainees, conceptual work on content of issues, specifying their main topics, organizing promotional meetings. The "Fragile" is a well estabished, nationwide magazine. It achived the GrandFront award in 2014,• planning, organizing, contact with partners, searching and inviting creators, promoting and conducting of the cultural conferences, festivals, jubilees of the outstanding Krakow poets (e.g. Józef Baran), and other events, e.g. proprietary program with foreign poetry Transpoetica (2007-2015) – meetings with foreign-language poets, translators, literary scholars, artists, and actors. The guest was a candidate for the Nobel Prize Kiriakos Charalambidis from Cyprus, • recruiting and cooperating with trainees,• editing of several dozen books, post-conference publications, writing introductions to the publications. The most significant publications: the book by the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Ecuador Tomasz Morawski.

Editorial secretary of the magazine “Nanude", organizing cultural projects, cooperation with advertising agencies, creation of marketing materials.
