Successful phased delivery of all email accounts. • Payroll replacement project, 2 x legacy systems onto one new stable platform - total 8000 employees. Contract award and legal review, data cleanse, system setup and data migration. Training for HR & Payroll teams, process maps created, test plans agreed and completed. Success parallel runs and moved into Live within 4 months, delivered on time and under budget. Awarded Northgate project implementation of the year 2016. • Auto Enrolment; Successful implementation of new Pensions Scheme in line with Legislation for 3500 employees. Delivered effective communication to all employees. Review of pension provider and payroll systems to create new process for assessing employees. Ensured the systems could support the successful processing of opt outs / payroll deductions through rigorous UAT. Setup team to support employees during go live, produced standard operating procedures for BAU team.
