• Ensure compliance with all tax obligations including Transfer Pricing, Corporation Tax, VAT, Sales Taxes etc and timely reporting thereof.• Liaising with external tax advisors to ensure awareness of all relevant tax legislation amendments and determine their impact on the business, systems, and procedures.• Support tax planning initiatives and work with external tax advisors to prepare transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.• Analysis of VAT, sales taxes and other relevant tax requirements arising from customer contracts• Providing appropriate support to all areas of the business on tax related matters: liaise with the business directly and assess the tax implications and potential impacts of any new offerings or business line changes.• Preparation of the group annual and local entity tax returns and liaise with external tax advisors and ensuring that return is made in a timely manner, working to tight deadlines.• Manage end to end the outsourced Global Transfer Pricing Compliance for local and Master files• Work with external advisors to prepare the TP documentation and calculations to ensure documentation is complete, audit ready and compliant with latest regulations.• Preparation of quarterly corporation tax provisions across all European entities• Managing enquiries from the tax authorities.
