I am a final year Sociology Student looking for experience within the field of Social Work for September 2019. I am currently volunteering with the Exeter Southernhay Contact Centre and Salvation Army Youth Group both of which have allowed me to pursue my interest of working with children and young adults. I am also taking part in the BARS Buddy Scheme with UPSU Sport at the University of Plymouth. This involves providing peer support to fellow students who have low level depression, anxiety and stress and has enabled me to gain experience of helping people with their mental health. Overall, I am a resilient and hard working person who enjoys working as part of a team and has good communication and IT skills.
