Senior Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Leading end-to-end IT recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership roles, including Lead and Head of Software Development positions, across software engineering, DevOps, and data analysis - Partnering with technology team leaders to understand specific talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for high-impact roles- Conducting interviews, managing negotiations- Mentoring junior recruiters, sharing best practices, and providing guidance on recruitment processes- Implementing new tools and optimizing workflows to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate quality- Managing recruitment partnerships and collaborating effectively with external vendors- Tracking, reporting, and presenting key recruitment KPIs and insights to senior stakeholders, continuously refining strategies to drive results- Leading employer branding efforts by representing the company at tech events, job fairs, and conferences- Overseeing high-priority, strategic recruitment projects, including international searches for senior talent
