I sustained master vendor files by verifying codding accuracy before date entry. Resolved invoice discrepancies and verified and processed purchase orders from multiple vendors while maintaining exemplary customer service. Reconciled over $250,000 in credit cards monthly for multiple business accounts. Prepared yearly W-9 forms, time sheets and expense.
