I was working there 5 years ago as a Junior Assistant at the Quality Assurance Lab. My scope of duties included: supervision over the organization and methods of work in individual labs of the Regional Unit of MCBDT, control over quality system and writing post-inspections reports, supervision over Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs),supervision over specifications in the field of preparation, updating of specifications of materials and reagents, supervision over documentation of complaints, participation in qualifying for clinical use, disqualifying and destruction of blood and its components, acceptance and qualifying for use blood components transferred from other Regional Units of MCDBDT, validation of equipment (pipettes and barcode scanners etc), preparation of training plans for basic activity workers as well as preparation of validation for equipment next calendar year, conducting the Look-Back procedure.
