In my role as a Content/Buying Administrator at Surfstitch, I not only curated digital content but also engaged in a wide range of tasks. Creating descriptions for clothing imagery, utilising Photoshop to deep etch imagery, and actively participating in marketing initiatives were integral parts of my daily routine. I collaborated with the marketing team in writing blogs and contributing to creative campaigns.This role extended into optimizing content for search engines (SEO), ensuring that our products reached a broader audience. In addition to my content responsibilities, I assisted in photography, contributing to campaigns, flat lay and studio imagery. Liaising with models and suppliers.On the buying side I would create buy sheets for categorising products and developing style codes. This multifaceted approach allowed me to contribute to various facets of the business, providing me with a well-rounded understanding of the industry and enhanced my skill set.

In my role as a Stock Controller, I undertook a diverse range of responsibilities such as stock takes, management of goods in and out, and invoicing. I would hold daily meetings with the loss prevention team to address concerns related to goods loss, pricing, and discrepancies, which would ensure a secure and efficient operational environment.In addition to these, I assumed the responsibility of overseeing all nationwide agent orders. This involved managing the entire lifecycle of orders - from inbound receipt to outbound dispatch. I would process orders through the till systems, handle payments, and coordinate the shipping process. This allowed me to maintain a tight grip on the operational aspects of stock control while efficiently managing the nationwide distribution of agent orders.
