I am a sophomore at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration looking to pursue a career in hospitality. My current interests include food and beverage services and hotel operations. Through my education and work experience, I plan to further my exploration in these interests.Over the last few years, I had the opportunity to work in different food and beverage facilities. I have gained knowledge in food and beverage operations from my time spent in these various positions. During my freshman year, I worked as a Lead Dining Room Assistant at The Bocuse Restaurant. This student-run restaurant on the campus of the Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York provided me an invaluable experience.
