This included ADL reports, recommendations, referrals other services and the development of multi-disciplinary care plans.- To attend relevant meetings on behalf of the CAMHS NDT (Team Around Child TAC Meeting, Annual Reviews, Professionals Meeting, Other service meetings within the Trust).-To monitor, evaluate and modify highly specialised, individually tailored treatment (evidence based) using adapted MOHO outcome measures for children to ensure intervention is effective and complimentary to the child’s development, lifestyle and educational programme.- To work with the multidisciplinary team to come up with a working differential clinical diagnosis-To assist with furture invovlement to recurit an additional OT for the service.- To have invovlment in the role CAMHS worker in School through the Wellbeing and Mental Health in Schools (WAMHS) service.-To partake in Duty role at local CAMHS site and City and Hackney SPA team (in partnership with Homerton University Hospital Trust).
