Developing the Parenting for Faith ministry to increase its impact across the UK and beyond.

Oversight of the national development of the Parenting for Faith ministry, equipping parents and carers to help their children meet and know God in the everyday.- Engaging with leaders and parents through social media, facilitating webinars and email campaignsInvolvement with the production of a weekly podcast including writing and recording content, editing and promoting- Filming training videos and writing training articles and resources for parentingforfaith.org and other organisations.- Speaking at regional and national events- Meeting with regional and national leaders and Christian organisations to support them and partner with them.- Strategically planning and innovating how to resource, support and equip parents, carers and leaders in the future.

Writing and recording a weekly online family together time to help families connect with God and equip parents and carers with skills to use throughout the week.

Building on previous experience and relationships as Children's Minister. Change of role was a strategic decision to focus on equipping and empowering parents and carers and supporting whole families.

- Responsibility for a team of over 40 volunteers and over 100 children - Planned, budgeted and organised numerous events, activities, services and courses- Managed confidential financial and personal data as well as complex pastoral situations- Maintained databases and designed and wrote regular newsletters for volunteers, parents and carers - Restructured and reformed the volunteer team- Designed and implemented an internship scheme
