This included posting to our feed, posting stories and answering direct messages. I worked closely with our creative director to brainstorm content and to ensure that our social platforms were giving our members all of the information they needed.

We brainstormed ideas on how we can make the community more accessible and how we can educate our members on diversity and inclusion initiatives. I was one of few collegiate members to have been chosen for this workgroup and very much enjoyed being able to voice my opinion and give suggestions.

My role included creating social media plans and utilizing a content calendar, writing copy and posting on social media (@wonderwomentech), holding meetings for the social media team, increasing engagement on social platforms and helping to prepare for their 2020 Virtual Summit. One of my favorite tasks was moderating a panel with the two leaders of WWT titled "An Honest Conversation about Systemic Racism with WWT". I facilitated discussions and helped the flow of the conversation. Overall, I learned relevant social media marketing and communication skills that will help me throughout my professional career.
