For almost five years now I have devoted my entire working life to providing the best experience I can for my customers in different positions in the food industry. Currently, I am the lead expeditor at a company new to Georgia called Biscuit Belly. In a nutshell, my job is to make sure that every food item that leaves the kitchen is correct to the order and follows company standards. This job is crucial to keeping customers happy and delivering correct food to the correct table. This position within our company requires extreme skill in multitasking and communication as there are times I'm communicating with multiple at once on different situations while working on multiple orders at a time. While also assisting managers in keeping customers coming back and back again.This job is more then a job to me. It is a crucial step of knowledge for my ultimate goal of owning a restaurant myself and providing the highest quality of food and hospitality that I can.
