Activities included supporting the design and build of a cloud based learning solutions platform alongside a team of Developers and Systems Architects. Supporting design and delivery of L&D transformation projects, supporting clients to develop L&D strategies , content catalogues, and end to end Learning managed services .Previous roles - Digital curriculum lead, and project manager for an apprenticeships curriculum offering. Responsibilities included: establishing providers, signing off outline design proposals, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, managing and maintaining project plans, issuing work orders, establishing & managing risk, assigning tasks and updating of online reporting tools.

Responsible for the end to end design and delivery of elearning content within the business. This involves: project managing, consulting, instructional designing, developing, publishing and evaluating blended elearning solutions for various high profile clients currently outsourcing their business within Capita CCM.

My responsibilities in this role mainly align into the four key elements of the learning cycle. From the instructional Design, Development and Delivery of both bespoke and client driven training material to carrying out TNA's and evaluations. This often requires me to work with SME's in order to obtain key information and turn it in to manageable, informative and interactive chunks of learner material.I am also heavily involved in new business projects with both new and existing clients, carrying out due diligence around processes and training requirements, relationship building with key stakeholders and SME's Identifying training gaps, consulting with both projects and clients and identifying areas where BPI could be made in order to cost save and achieve better KPI results.The business sectors I currently have experience in are -Utilities, telecommunication, broadband, charities , retail and automotive.
