In addition, provides support for the VP – Western Hemisphere. Required to be anticipatory, foreseeing potential clashes and addressing these accordingly, cancelling & rescheduling, dealing with internal & external requests for availability. • Co-ordinate complex travel itineraries for various members of the team and business unit, arranging global travel, compiling itineraries, anticipating visa requirements and applications (where applicable) and liaising closely with other BP offices.• Organisation and coordination of Celebratory events. This includes activities such as: Selection of locations, negotiations with service providers, budget management, tickets allocations and management, etc. Specific examples of Celebratory events:• Administrator for the KC stadium and site recognition events for all home games for Hull City football matches and events at the Hull Truck Theatre• Site Christmas events for upto 350 people Show less
