As account coordinator my responsibility is for managing the day to day relationship with customers, being accountable for delivering the the commercial plan , by managing the orders from forecast and order processing, through to accurate invoicing and cash collection.

Having worked on most areas of the site at BP Saltend, I've gained a wealth of administrative experience. Managed diaries for multiple managers, arranged simple and very complex travel. In addition, provides support for the VP – Western Hemisphere. Required to be anticipatory, foreseeing potential clashes and addressing these accordingly, cancelling & rescheduling, dealing with internal & external requests for availability. • Co-ordinate complex travel itineraries for various members of the team and business unit, arranging global travel, compiling itineraries, anticipating visa requirements and applications (where applicable) and liaising closely with other BP offices.• Organisation and coordination of Celebratory events.
