- Leading quantitative research initiatives to analyze sentiment surrounding AI technologies, gauging public perception and adoption trends. This involves employing advanced quantitative methods to uncover insights and provide strategic guidance to Asana's product & marketing teams.- Conducting in-depth marketing research efforts, delving into buyer attitudes and preferences to refine Asana's messaging and positioning strategies. My role involves staying at the forefront of industry trends and advising on the strategic implications for Asana.

Led the market research team, overseeing day-to-day operations and generating new insights in collaboration with Novantas Advisory. Responsibilities included:- Designing, fielding and analyzing large-scale customer research initiatives- Coordinating with internal and external partners on the execution of quantitative and qualitative research- Building and standardizing processes that support the use of research in client engagements and intellectual capital development- Building out the research function at Novantas, hiring and managing junior researchers and consultants- Managing the SQL database housing all customer knowledge intellectual capital

Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of research including project management, survey development, analysis and reporting.Product Innovation research includes early stage buying research, concept testing, package testing, in-home product testing, usage & attitude studies, etc.Responsible for the day to day delivery of (inter)national projects from A to Z as part of a research team, working closely with clients to provide actionable insights.
