The Structural Biology lab at NTU started in 2009. Part of my responsibility was to act as a Deputy group leader for a group of scientists, handling employments, budget, overall lab organization and day-2-day planning/coordination of projects. I have been building up the Crystallography lab as well as been involved in starting up a Fragment based drug design platform (FBDD) and running multiple FBDD projects. I have also been responsible for writing RCA with industrial partners and project managing that collaboration work.

Sidec provides competitive advantage and unique information in the development, IP protection and promotion of monoclonal antibodies and protein therapeutics. My research was focused on using novel Masspectrometry methods to study the interactions between proteins. I also worked with biosensors (Biacore).
